Soraya Caliva has been managing rental properties in Santa Teresa for close to a decade. With 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, Soraya has a deep understanding of management operations and delivering a superior service level that exceeds homeowners’ and guests’ expectations.
As owner of boutique hotel Casas de Soleil in Playa el Carmen, Soraya has managed construction projects at every stage and knows intimately the unique requirements of maintaining a property and its associated amenities in a beach/jungle environment. A native Spanish speaker raised in Latin America, Soraya possesses deep expertise on the municipal requirements and de facto challenges of managing property in Costa Rica.
Summer Breault
Southern California native Summer Breault fell in love with Santa Teresa in 2006 and her passion for this special place continues to this day.
Former Director of Operations for a commercial production company in Los Angeles, Summer recognizes the importance of clearly stated expectations, meticulous organization, and ongoing two-way communication to ensure a project’s success. Her approach to property management follows the same principles.
